DESCRIPTION
Our CHC50213 Diploma of School Age Education and Care will train future educators, who are responsible for the day-to-day running of a before and after school care and/or vacation care service.
This qualification will help you learn the skills required for leadership roles in school age care services. A diploma would enable you to take responsibility, leadership and supervise teams in your workplace. You’ll also be qualified to plan, implement and manage programs which address regulatory and duty of care requirements. The Diploma of School Age Education and Care is for anyone looking for rewarding, out-of-the-ordinary roles outside school contexts. As educators, they plan programs and facilitate children’s learning and development.

ENTRY REQUIREMENT
There are no entry requirements for this course, however students are required to undertake the Language, Literacy and Numeracy assessment and Pre -Training Review. This will assist to determine candidate’s suitability and relevance for the course and identification of any support required.
