This course will enable you to master the expertise you need to effectively help children grow, learn and develop in a safe and healthy environment and also support them with behavioural issues. We at KAL Training, will train you to navigate and comply with all the current legal and industry related requirements, policies, and procedures. You will become adept at supporting planned education programs in early childhood settings or community environments. Upon successful completion of this course, you will be able to help children learn and inspire them to become confident and involved learners.

WORK PLACEMENT / INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 120 hours that we can help you organise ( working hours can be logged as placement hours for workplace students). A current Police Check and approved Working with Children Check is required before undertaking Work Placement.

ENTRY REQUIREMENT
As such there are no entry requirements for this course, however students are required to undertake the Language, Literacy and Numeracy assessment and Pre-Training Review. This will determine a candidate’s suitability and relevance for the course and identification of any support required.
